No Free Hosts & No Free Forums

Creating your website on a free host is a big mistake. Most people don’t see the huge amount of disadvantages that come with using a free host. Hopefully after your done reading this you will think twice before using a free host. Don’t think your going to run a huge site on a free host because its not going to happen! trust me.

 Disadvantages that come with FREE HOSTS!

A free host puts a limit on the amount of space that can be used for your site! (Might not be able to upload extra things to your site). Paid hosts will give you unlimited space for your extra things like chat box, arcades etc. A lot of free hosts will limit the amount of traffic you can receive (Search engines ignore free hosts). Your site can be shut down at anytime making you lose all your hard work. Usually what happens is the owner of the site runs out of money to fund free hosting and shuts it down or starts charging a small fee.

 

Don’t use FREE Forums!

Owning a Free Forum is a bad idea. Free forums will limit the control you have over the site! (They will block you from doing certain things). Some free forums don’t give you the option of having a paid domain so you will have to use a extra long URL that’s hard to remember! I created a site about psp hacking using a free forum and they deleted my site! (Free Forums Suck!) People don’t take free forums serious anymore. Many People who visit free forums usually never come back. If your thinking about starting a site use a vbulletin powered forum with a paid host and domain or start your site from scratch using HTML I personally believe this is the best option.

 

Benefits of Buying a Domain name!

Buying a top notch domain like .com, .net, and .org will have huge impact on your website. how does having a paid domain help? Search engines prefer paid domains! ( Helps you with the SERPS). Having a paid domain means you wont have to have a extra long url thats hard to remember(users may have to write the url down because the link is hard to remember). Paid domains are short and easy to remember and vistors are less likely to forget your website. Free domains alot of time put unwanted ads on your website that can drive users away.

 

Why is Creating your website from scratch the BEST option!??

I recommend creating your site from scratch using HTML because it will give you more control of your website. Creating your site from scratch means you have complete control over your site and can have any type of content you want so if you want to have porn, hacks, illegal movies you can! No need to worry about getting banned anymore. A lot of free forums will ban you for porn, hacks etc… Not really familiar with HTML try using Dreamweaver.
